My steam version doesn't start. GOG version works fine. Does somebody knows what is the difference?

That's because gog makes sure the games that they sell actually works as they have access to some code, valve couldn't give two shits... hell, you have 30 days and if the game doesn't work you get a refund!

A little more information would narrow it down. But Steam is a form of DRM, if for any reason it don`t like your PC it can refuse to let you play your game. Basically shut the door in your face- End of. . I`ve had more than a couple of times with perfectly legit games off Steam where it decided it just wouldn`t let me play the game I PAID for.

There`s a GOOD reason why GOG gets most of my money for games.

Ironically steam, uplay and even origin are better than the epic launcher as you have to login ONLINE in order to use the offline mode, every. single. time!

But yeah, gog is the best out of all launchers out there!
Is there a crossplay between gog and steam?
