ChewyWeAreNotHome: Noted that we received an experimental patch today. Not sure when it became available but found it on Galaxy about 9 minutes after Hello Games announced it on Steam.
Despite switching channels (including several restarts of the Galaxy client and rebooting the box), Galaxy did not offer the most recent beta (12/08) available to Steam users (or any upgrade to 2.11 Beyond 52149) to me. As supposed somewhere else in this forum, there might be regional differences for availability.

What build number / information does the Galaxy client show for you ?

Experimental_52423. Sorry but thought that I had posted that and had to search only to find that it was in a different thread.

The list of changes is too long for here but can be seen at:

Ah -- thanks. My Galaxy client still shows 52149 to be the most recent build, despite having Beta channels enabled.

In other news: If you have a save on 'Normal', would you consider joining whatever we're up to in this thread ?https://www.gog.com/forum/no_mans_sky/gog_civilized_space

Edit: I am not into role-playing in NMS. Rostfreyh got me by coining that hilarous term of 'goginization' of space :)

Thank You but at the moment I am currently living in a subsidized base in the low rent area of a run-down galaxy far enough away from Euclid that I have to not only frequently change portals but even have to switch between shuttle companies providing the portal service which means that I have to buy multiple passes to switch back and forth between the galaxies.

I am not going to decline or refuse at this time and will plan to simply wait and see how things turn out.

P.S. There might also be a passport and visa issue because of what galaxy I am in.

Appreciated -- the 'friend' mechanics are far to coarse grained to even come close to what I'd find aceptable.
