Is there any other way to get the blueprints that are normally earned through the base building questline? When I got to the point where I was asked to provide a Gravitino Ball, I already had several in my inventory. When I offered to give one to the overseer, he just kept asking for more. After giving four of them, I declined, which advanced the progression to the next quest, but did not provide me with the landing pad blueprint that I should have received for completing that step. I can live without it, but it's kind of a pain.

I ran into the same issue with all the specialists bugging out on me like you described, but I didn't check for missing blueprints, yet.

I finally got the landing pad from one of the Base Computer Archive recoery quests.

Yeah, there is a lot bugging out in the base questline and the base in general. Grass clipping through the floors of my recovered base, specialists falling through the floors and hovering in the rooms below, etc.

Many of the quests tell me they are complete before I've done them too. Gotta be careful not to click things too fast.
