AMD Anthlon II 630 quad (whopping 2.8ghz)

The day before PC launch systemrequirementslab.com said my PC could run it (before SSE 4.1 requirement was known).
With OpenGL extension viewer my GPU scores a 90% on version 4.5 (only shading language version 4.5 is unsupported)
After reading about SSE4.1 emulation at
https://www.reddit.com/r/NoMansSkyTheGame/comments/4xene1/pc_crash_thread/ I actually got it to not crash with my potato. At the hello world screen it actually played music periodically between "application not responding" notices.
I didn't let it run long enough to get past the hello world screen with my CPU maxed at 99% (less than 5 minutes, probably 2), in all honesty I'm surprised I got it to even do that.
Gone are the days when system requirements where it was as easy as CPU speed and ram, then came GPU's, then came multiple cores, then came variations in speeds between CPU manufactures. My only beef when min system requirements list actual components is I shouldn't be the one who actually has to do comparative research. What sucks even more is there are multiple Intel core i3's.
I probably wouldn't have even bought NMS if an actual CPU speed was listed as well as the SSE4.1 requirement, I would have waited until I made a new PC.
I hope this post actually makes someone laugh.
