Valve not only offers the game, but also "NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound (Original Game Soundtrack)" as separate DLC. Yet I'm not seeing that on GOG.

How did GOG manage to secure the ability to distribute the game, but the soundtrack was left remaining out of reach? (Or, is it still coming yet?)
