I get a DX9 error stating that the gsdeb_captions.ini has a duplicate line of text. I checked it and it looks fine to me. I can't run the game because it fails to launch as a result. See attached.

Solved it by completely uninstalling and reinstalling, Verify and repair wouldn't work.

I have the same problem, but uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.
