Companion and Monster AI 2.2 would be what you're looking for. Head to the Neverwinter Vault at neverwintervault.org and do a search for "companion," and it should be among the first results. I can't link yet, sorry... not enough rep.

Yes, that should be all you need. The other files are for people who create their own modules/campaigns for the game, those who haven't updated, or those who are using Charlie's UI.
