So I was able to make the game windowed but now the video for the game is rather small. How do I fix this?

You can choose a different resolution in the game's options menu, but it has to be smaller than your desktop resolution. Other wise it will fall back to 800x600. Videos will always be in 800x600. A higher resolution results in black borders.
