not work in my Windows 10 have solution?

I have the toolset set to compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3 (tried SP2 as well) and am running it in admin mode. I have .net installed as well. Is there anything else that might be missing in order to run the toolset? The game works amazingly well, but the toolset crashes while launching.

I managed to run on windows 10 and running I was able to install directx 9.0c
