Does anyone know if I can play the Drow race through the normal game or do I have to install something else? Please Help

There's the Player Resource Consortium (PRC) Linky
What that does is add dozens of new Raaces/Subraces to the game, but unfortunately it's a hak and as such, can only be used with modules that actually use the PRC hak.
The closest you can come to playing a Drow in the NWN Campaigns is to change an Elf's skin color to match that of a Drow. Adding the PRC haks to the NWN Campaigns is also an option, but i would only recommend doing that to someone who knows their way around the toolset and knows what their doing. Furthermore, it might unbalance the game as the NWN Campaigns weren't designed for any of those races.
