Dear all,

I purchased NWN2 Complete yesterday and supposedly it should provide 3 cdkeys in order to connect to multiplayer game servers.

However in my Account -> More -> Serial Keys, there's only 1 serial key, which is not enough to connect to multiplayer game servers at all.

Already submitted the issue in the support page and still waiting for response, but meantime I'm wondering if anyone else met the same problem before? Any advice? thanks a lot.

Someone else mentioned a similar problem, serial keys being depleted. Support respond in 3 days maximum, usually in first day. I hope you get your keys.

This is definitely something for GOG support to fix, still even though I can't help I thought I'd post to let you know with certainty that there should be 3 keys for Neverwinter Nights 2.

As in my account there are keys for
Neverwinter Nights 2: xxxxxxx
Mask of the Betrayer: xxxxxxx
Storm of Zehir: xxxxxxx

finally I found someone with the same problem. We purchased Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete (two copies) Friday or Saturday and we tried to play multiplayer in LAN. After we put in the ONLY CD Key in the Multiplayer Key Changer we were able to "log in" with BioWare account (failed to contact master server ...). After that I tried to make new game and get the error: Your Key is unauthorized.

So I think we got the same problem, because we don't have multiple keys for NWN 2, Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehyr (like 1chat). We both made a ticket for support, but this should be fixed fast from GoG.

I hope to see a fast solution and maybe this threads help other people, who got the same problem: Write to the support and call for keys, because we only get one but we need 3 (like Grogger mentioned).

@Grogger: Where are those three keys in your account? My account -> Library -> NWN 2 Complete -> More -> CD Keys or somewhere else?

Anybody having this trouble should first of all know that you cannot see your serial keys in GOG Galaxy, you *must* get them via your web browser. Go to your account (top right of your browser), then select 'Neverwinter Nights 2'. You will see a 'More' button. Press it and then select 'Serial Keys'. You should see something like the attached image. If you do not, the next thing to do is refresh your game shelf. If you do all of the above and still don't see your 3 serial keys, then is the time to contact support.

This is why we wrote, that we only see ONE key for Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete. We don't have the problem that we can't see any keys at all (like in GOG Galaxy).

It looks like (in My Account -> Library -> NWN 2 Complete -> More -> Serial Keys):

Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

In your screenshot I can see, that you got 3 serials for Original Game, Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehyr. We only got ONE at all and this is why we get the "Your CD Keys are unauthorized" in multiplayer games.

Post a screenshot of your GOG serials page, but be sure to blank out the actual letters. I'm asking this because you are quoting:
"My Account >> Library >> NWN 2 Complete"

Well in your web browser there is no such path. The path is:
Account >> NWN 2 Complete

Sorry ... I translated from german to english, but that was wrong. I hover over Account, click on Library, then I click on Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete, there is a flydown at the bottom of the page, there I click More and then Serial Keys ... Then there is only one line like: "Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete XXXXX-XXXXX..."

I can't work with screenshots. But this is the way I try to get the 3 different serial keys.

I must apologise, too: I always just press the 'Account' button, and tend to overlook the drop-down. My mistake.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Yes in this same position (Account -> Library -> NWN2 Complete -> More -> Serial Keys), there's only 1 key there in my case. I checked with several friends and they all have 3 keys there. So there must be something wrong and need GOG support to fix then.

(BTW still haven't got any response from GOG yet till now)

Hey,

gog found out, that they had a critical issue with the multiplayer keys. Please write support ticket to them with your single serial key and choose the type "Mutiplayer key request".

They will send you youre three keys manually.

Just a quick update that I received the response from GOG support today, and as @Eldastoker said GOG has realized there're some issues with their database, and already sent the 3 cdkeys to me through email. So this is closed then, thanks again for all your help.
