I've turned all graphics to their lowest settings, and yet the game runs at very low framerate. I've read that this card could give you problems with NVN, but is there some kind of solution

Have you tried turning on your video card's antialiasing? My laptop had a problem with the graphics, but after doing that, it fixed everything up.
It probably won't fix it, but you can give it a shot.
