I'd like it not to be, of course, but I'm pretty sure that's up to the rights holder, not GOG. I, unfortunately, have to remind everyone that the Warcraft games got delisted from GOG due to a decision by Blizzard, despite them having joined the preservation program (unless I got the order of events confused). That said, remember that if you buy a game here before it's delisted, you will keep it in your library regardless. (This is almost certainly something GOG requires in their contracts with publishers. And, as for Warcraft 1 + 2, GOG has stated they will be maintained in the preservation program despite not being available for purchase for the time being.)
