The sea hag Dorotee didn't drop it's head. I have the 2 heads of the other 2 hags, and was missing hers. I killed her early on and didn't know she was supposed to drop it. Now much later I went back to her cave to make sure, and saw she didn't drop anything. I kept around "quest items" (such as the other heads before even knowing it was needed), I didn't drop it anywhere (and it's not possible to sell it). It seems like it never dropped due to some bug. I see the hag's body but it has nothing on it (and cannot be selected).

So basically quest is broken because of this annoying bug. Is there any way to solve this? Is there an item ID for the head or anything? Because I don't plan on replaying the game from the start because of this BS.
Could not find any information on the matter.

Update: solved the bug thanks to someone who found the item id for the head. it is "doroteeshead".
