I have a very capable computer. I have windows 7. When I try to run the game I get the same screen over and over. "Never Winter Nights has stopped working" and than it closes the program. Not sure what to do. Please help if you know what I'm talking about.

What graphics card have you got & what drivers?

Easy fix that works for some.
Try renaming nwnmain.exe to something else, like nwnthegame.exe then launch directly from that and not from the game launcher (forgot it's name)

Also, the default install location in programs folder usually doesn't work because of some permissions protections whatever hassle, make sure it's installed somewhere else, like C:/games/NWN or whatever..

I tried it and it says that I have the latest download already. I have a Radeon HD 7750.

hmm. I looked and I can't find anything like you mentioned. Maybe you can give me better directions as to where to find these things. I don't want to delete or move something I shouldn't.

I got it guys. Thanks a lot. I right clicked on the starting icon. Went to open file location. Changed the name to nwnthegame as mentioned and than double clicked it. Now it works. Awesome.
