1: Is the camera still bugged? You know too fast?
I owned the game years ago and it was a huge "put off" back then so I never delved into the adventures.

2: Are there any "must have" Mods on the nexus or out on the net?

You can tweak the camera.

There's no such thing. Decide what *you* like/want, then seek them out.

I don't have any problems with camera.

I have to say that you should get mods for HD hud's, text and so on. Easily found from NWN 2 nexus.

AI suck so better just turn it off in combat.

Tchos' HD UI panels and dialogue compilation and expansion (on Nexus)

This one is pretty great. Allows custom portraits too !
