I've read through the game support and tried everything that I thought related to this, but nothing has helped. As seen in the attachment the screen is cut off, it stays like that regardless of the resolution. I've tried turning off every automatic setting my video card imposes on games and tried different compatibility modes.

My video card is an AMD Radeon hd 6800 and I'm trying this on Win 7 64. I've also tried rolling back the drivers but that just made the game crash.

I had this problem happen once. You can manually adjust and fix this with your monitor. There should be buttons on your monitor that will open up a menu where you can make that adjustment.

Thanks for the reply! I should have mentioned I'm playing on a tv screen instead of a regular computer screen, messing with the setting slightly budged the picture but not enough to be playable, I guess I'll try looking up some tv screen fixes to see if that solves it.
You need to look for scaling options in your catalyst control center

Had this problem on my monitor and fixed it by changing the refresh rate in the NWN's config file to 59HZ from 60HZ.
Just switch to windowed mode.

I tried changed the scaling and the refresh rate, but neither of them helped. I figure I'll just have to play it in windowed mode as urknighterrant suggested, thanks for the reply's though everyone.
I had this problem too and since this is the top result I found on Google for it, I thought I'd post what solved it for me:

Turning on the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" option.

This can be found (in Windows 7) by right-clicking on the game shortcut and going to the Compatibility tab, as shown in the attached image.

(Playing in windowed mode also works, but is a less satisfying solution.)

Thank you so much, this fixed it for me :)
