Hi all. I've purchased NWN2:EE, and have installed it via the offline installer. When i click on 'Multiplayer', it gives an error message on screen that online multiplay is not currently available.

Is this due to me not using GoG Galaxy?

Thanks!
This has already come up in another thread about the offline installers (although for some reason the thread started because someone expected a DRM-free offline installer to be available before the release date, which is... fantastic logic, I have to say).

Anyway, you can check out this thread to see if it answers anything:

That was actually my thread. In my time zone, the game had already been out for a couple of hours, but the offline installers still weren’t available.

Understandable enough, I suppose, but if the DRM-free installers were available in any region at all before the release date hit in all/most timezones, then the DRM-free installer would be available early in every timezone. Not through GOG, of course, but people would have been downloading it regardless.

That makes sense.
