of Portraits off of Nexus for NWN2 and I'd like to use some of them for a custom NWN2 module I'm working on. How do I stick them into the Toolset so I can use them?

That post is for NWN1. The process is different in NWN2, and does not involve multiple resolutions, HAKs, or 2DAs. You just put them in the portraits folder, and enter the name of the portrait into the NPC's properties.
