Hi, i've bought the nwn2 complete edition and i've created my character. Now everythings works fine but my character movements are totally broken. It moves like i have some kind of online lag, but i don't play online . Someone have the same problem?
NWN2 is kind of buggy in general, and you just have to get used to it, unfortunately.

Barring Hasbro making an arrangement with Obsidian (or Beamdog getting recruited to make a NWN2 EE) 1.23 as you see it is going to be all we ever get; there was a 1.24 in the works which, like NWN1 1.69, was going to be the final fix patch, but Hasbro decided they wanted the licence back from Atari too quickly (probably to give it to Cryptic sooner for that sweet, sweet microtransaction moolah from Neverwinter MMO :P ... okay, maybe I'm too harsh on Cryptic since what I did see of NWMMO was pretty nice, but we're talking a game where two top tier item enchants cost as much as a Core i7 CPU, I'll stick with WoW or SW:TOR thank you very much!) and yanked it before Obsidian had a chance to get the patch finished and released ...
It's not buggy in general on my installation. It runs very nicely.

If you mean the rubberbanding effect, bodybeast, you should use click-to-move if you're not already. For anything else, install the Client Extension. http://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn2/other/nwn2-client-extension
