We use the modified NWNlauncher, we see a lot of other server listed like realms of trinity . But when i do new game and start a campaign my friend can't see my server in the list . How do i play with friends only on this program ?

Sounds like a port forwarding issue to me. I would ensure you have all the required ports forwarded and the program let through any firewall(s).
