I see that NWN 2 Complete is queued to be updated. Does anybody know why?
Are they doing something to the old game because of the release of the "new" one?

They made NWN 2 Complete part of their preservation program and did some updates, the only one mentioned outright was fixing the black screen issue on resolution change.

The preservation program is a good enough idea, but their implementation has been pretty ham-fisted. I'd recommend not updating the game if your install currently has no problems.
