I'm seeing contradictory answers to this and just looking for a definite answer.

I bought NWN here under the mistaken impression that the premium Modules reinstaller would allow me to reset the CD keys for any premium module, most specifically the copy of 'Infinite Dungeons" that soured me on DRM to a point that it went from "Philosophically opposed" to "Will not buy internet DRM games", because when I upgraded from Platinum to Diamond, I ended up with a situation where I had to manually change out keys to play diferent modules.

Are these older modules working now that the authentication servers are definitively dead? Atari kept saying for many moons that they were 'working on it', and nothing ever happened.

Thanks - Jonnan

There is a bit of a discussion on this topic at the bioware forums. I haven't tried it myself, but from that discussion; it is implied that the online servers for the premium modules are offline and that the premium modules work for everyone when it can't find the servers. So, it may be worthwhile trying your premium modules without changing the CD key. It may not work, but there is no harm in trying.
Yeah, they're supposed to work. Just give it time as it will take a while to try to authenticate, then it will take a bit linger to allow it to load. At least, that's what I've read.

You can download these modules, but you need THIS to play any of them:

Have fun ;)

PS: Oh, and I'm pretty sure the latter three premium modules were only released in English. It sucks a bit, I know - I have a Polish version of the game myself and it feels wrong to have some of official content in Polish and some in English.

Stop necro'ing 4 year old threads!
Why? This might be interesting information for me.

This has actually been answered several times and there's a dedicated thread for it if you just search for "authenticating/authenticate Bioware modules", so if you search for the answer through Google or GOG, you'll most likely find the threads that answer the question right away, rather than unanswered threads like this one. ;) Otherwise I agree with updating threads with useful information even if they're old, in case someone searches for it.
