havent played this game in ages. decided to fire it up today...

ive got the game set to 1920x1080 60hz and yet it looks like its outputting much lower. resulting in flickering and near unreadable text.

ive checked the nwn.ini file and nwnconfig.ini and its indeed set to those correct settings with 32bit depth.

i checked my monitor and its reporting the input signal as '1080i 60hz'
how do i remove that 'i' setting?

desktop resolution is 1080p 60hz. 8bpc. full rgb range.
monitor is a benq gw2760s

I got exacty the same problem as you and a very similar monitor - GW2450HM.
It seems to be working fine in 1650x1050 60Hz, though.

However, I'm not sure what causes this, as I recall some time ago it worked just fine, without any tweaks on my part.
in my game 1680x1050 is listed 3 times... infact all resolutions EXCEPT 1920x1080 are listed 3 times....
the last few lines of the resolution pull down menu are...

1680x1050 60hz
1680x1050 60hz
1680x1050 60hz
1920x1080 60hz
1440x900 60hz
1440x900 60hz
1440x900 60hz
