Is there a way to find the specific location of Nameless Light in the OC? Is it a random drop? I have searched the forum and see nothing on the Sticky. I googled it, but nothing. Thank you!

I'm wondering this as well. I read about the weapon and dont want to miss it but I too havent found any reference to where it is, if its random, if its fabed, etc.

I checked the container include scripts and it looks classified as a random "named" artifact (ironic considering its name) requiring at least level 17 to appear in containers. Corpses are also considered containers, just fyi. "Boss Chests" are the best source of named artifacts, and while there is no way to tell one from a regular chest, they are usually those big trapezoid-shaped ones.

Weirdly enough it's scripted as if it were a martial item, but I think it's exotic. The way the loot system is structured, it appears that barbarians and dual-wielding rangers have the best chance of finding it, followed by fighters and pallies. Chances for the other classes are quite bad actually.

If you pick the weapon focus feat, weapons of that category will have a higher chance of spawning off the loot table. Of course, you still need to meet the minimum level for them to be on the loot table. Almost all treasure in the NWN1 OC is randomized.

I did find Nameless Light in Chapter 4 of the OC, I'm just not sure exactly where.
