At GameBanshee.
That's assuming you're talking about the original campaign.

It says you get a Drow in the Underdark x.x I wanna know how worth it she is. In the original campaign, the only one of worth to me was the Berserker
Henchmen underwent a serious revamp in SoU and that goes double for HotU.

The Drow you are referring to is Nathyrra Kant'tar - a female Rogue/Assassin/Wizard.

She starts off with reasonable equipment which is fully upgradeable as the story unfolds (you can access the inventory of your sidekicks at any time in order to swap items in and out). She will level up whenever you do (you can also direct her development either telling her to increase her Wizard, or Assassin levels, or to divide her attention between the two) and her combat behavior is easily changed via the Tactics topic.

In short: forget the OC as far as henchmen are concerned, in HotU they are very customizable and quite capable on their own (as you will see).
