Fixed it by deleting the Neverwinter Nights 2 folder from my Documents.
I downloaded the game.
Everytime i launch it i get a black screen for a few seconds before it closes and i am back on desktop.

These are the stepps i have done so far.
1: updated my grafic drivers,
2. Rebooted my PC,
3 verified the installation.

I fixed it now:

I found no way to edit the topic headline

Thanks a lot, pal. Had the same problem. I guess, that folder was a relict from a Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete installation and caused trouble...

This worked for me as well, though rather than deleting it wholesale I just renamed the folder to "Neverwinter Nights 2.old" (which achieves the same result as deleting it, but keeps it as a backup). I had NWN2: Complete Edition installed and had played quite a lot of it, so I assume Enhanced Edition just doesn't gel with some of the custom files I had in that folder.

Would have been nice if the two versions of the game didn't point to the same folder.
