I downloaded the game via the GOG downloader app. What do i do next?

Go to the location that you saved that file to and run the Installer.

You should have 3 files. One is a Setup file. Run the setup file (The installer as the previous psoter pointed out.) IF you don't have the setup file, you'lll need to redownload it from here.
