How do i enter Dungeon Master Mode so i can play as DM on my LAN games

There is a DM Client option on the launcher.
If you are not using the launcher make a shortcut to "nwmain.exe" then manually change the properties so it maps to "nwmain.exe -dmc" instead. For most installs the complete path should be:
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\nwmain.exe -dmc
