Hello everyone!

In Advanced Sound Options there are different sound providers, and I'm not really sure what that means.

When I go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound, it says my sound device is Realtek High Definition Audio. Is there any danger in changing the sound provider? The ones it shows are:

DirectSound3D 7+ Software - Pan and Volume
DirectSound3D Software Emulation
Dolby Surround
Miles Fast 2D Positional Audio (currently selected)
RAD Game Tools RSX 3D Audio

I'm a little cautious because I know that my computer is pretty crummy.
Those are software rendering options. Choose whichever one suits your speaker setup, ie. which one sound best.
