I purchased NWN Complete. When I go to download the file it says I am lacking installer parts? whatever that means. The file will not download. Running Windows 7 64 bit. Have plenty of hard disk space. Any help would be appreciated.

Just wanted to make sure. You go to

https://www.gog.com/account

You click on your game. Then click on

NEVERWINTER NIGHTS DIAMOND (PART 1 OF 3)

which is 1MB of file. There are 3 files in total.
I recently purchased Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete. It is not complete because the program does not include the module creator software, which is one of the main reasons I purchased the product. Perhaps you should update your product descriptions.

Yes it does. It's in the program installation folder, and is called 'NWN2ToolsetLauncher.exe'.

I located the file but it was named "NW2ToolsetLauncher.exe.manifest" when I tried to run its say the program is not compatible with my system which is Windows 7 64 bit. That the only launcer in the folder. Should I download the whole file again?

You clicked on the wrong file. There are two files containing 'NWN2ToolsetLauncher', the .exe as I stated, and the .manifest, which is just an .xml file. You need to click on the .exe. The executable is the one with the anvil icon.
