Yeah it should work.
With every NWN ordered from GOG comes a generic CD-key. You can order one more CD-key for online multiplayer from them (you are entitled to one of theese with the game but it is not delivered automatically for some reason...). With theese both keys you can install the game to two different computers and play LAN. For more computers you need more CD-keys. (Every computer for NWN MP needs to have its own CD-key, even for LAN).
If you want to play on servers online every computer needs the MP CD-key.
Also if you are connecting from several computers in your LAN to an online server you need to change some settings on in your LAN computers NWN folder (ini-files). Write back if you need that.
