I an replaying hotu and found a strange item Lavoera's Wrath, this item is only usable by outsider, so i can't use even if i shapechange to an outsider... In DnD, warlocks and monks in very high level are considered outsiders, this is not implemented in nwn1/2.

So, can you become a outsider?

Unless you are using PrC in nwn1 you can't. THis is pretty much specific weapon for Lavoera. Even in nwn2 planetouched races still are not outsiders(However gyth companion are)

However I suppose if you get decently high UDM you can overcome this requirements and actually wield it.
