So the problem I have is that every time someone in my party attacks/casts spells, everyone else cancels whatever he/she is doing and runs back. I turned party AI off but that still happens, I checked all the AI stuff and it should be ok. If I eg want to cast a spell, I have to select the spellcaster, cast the spell, instantly pause and issue commands to everyone. If I move with my main character, everyone cancels what they're doing and start to follow him around. I tried fiddling with "issue command" stuff but it didn't work. I actually like to micromanage everything but it's god damn annoying that I have to issue all the commands again to everyone if I decide to do something with one character.

Any workaround for this? Because it seems that the party AI off -options isn't working.

As soon as you switch character to AI it rebuild actions according to his idea

And if you turn off AI you need to wait till characters finish their actions or they will cancel them

I personally use Tony K's Companion and Monster AI here with puppet mod(added by this mod) turned on. With "pause and switch" option it makes extremely easy to control your party
Hmm ok, might try that mod. Doesn't matter how long it has been since AI has been turned off, the characters still cancel everything they're currently doing if I try to do something with one of them. Annoying as hell to get attack of opportunities because of that
