Now, While Im not saying the default Modules of NwN arent good, I would enjoy greatly if once they were all done my Veteran chars had something else to do now.

Go to the community Vault https://neverwintervault.org/ or https://www.nexusmods.com/neverwinter. The Vault probably has the largest library of community modules, haks, graphics, etc.

Lots of community assets, too, if you want to build your own campaign.

Also, the mods are rated, so you can target those that are both well received and to your liking.
