Hi, I have the following problem: When I want to view the videos, the screen turns black and nothing else shows up. It is only possible to exit the game with ALT+F4 in this case. I tried different screen resolutions and tried it in window mode with the same result. The odd thing is that the first intro video worked fine.
System specs: Windows 10, Core I7, GeForce GTX 1080 (with most recent graphics drivers). Has anybody else experienced a similar problem?

EDIT: I found a logfile in the Never_Alone_Data subdirectory where error messages are logged that the movie file could not be found.

For me the path "G:/G/GOG Galaxy/Games/Never Alone/Never_Alone_Data/StreamingAssets\Videos/" looks suspicious mixing forwand shashes and backslashes.

Hi, same problem here. Installing LAV codecs (hint from another forum) fixed blackout, but the videos are giltched and do not play smoothly. Has anyone solved this issue?
Just noticed this myself. needs patch.
