I've read on the net that Neighbours from Hell 1 and 2 aren't the only ones.
I have tried finding any further games, and did find something about a NFH 3 - In Office
Is this really the same NFH? Any chance it will be seen here on GoG?

Yea, I've also seen something like Neighbours from Hell 3 on few torrent and warez sites, but in Russian only. I don't think it is an official release, but you never know... Need to check if its true...

Apart form sharing similar gameplay they are not related.
I assume they are horrible anyway, just take a look at this screenshot - Fugly that is supposed to be the main character. Original games had a charming art style, this, on the other hand, looks like a dog turd. :)

It's a russian game known as Pranksterz: Off Your Boss, not related to NFH series. It's just horrible, better stay away from it for your own sake.
