Even though I know it's common issue, also it has an article, but I tried everything, it keep crashing at the same point of the game ' Script error at chapter 6" do you have any other new ideas other than all the online articles

When you go through the tunnels earlier in the level, you have to go through the left one and not the right one, the script error won't occur then.
