I just tried to read Atrus' Journal and i'm having a weird issue.
Thing is, i can't flip just one page. A click on any page will cause two pages to flip, meaning some pages are skipped entirely and impossible to read.
I don't recall ever having this problem with the CD or DVD version of Riven, so i'm wondering if anybody else is experiencing this one, and naturally, i'm also wondering if there's a fix.
I'm on Win7 64bit.
Thanks.

Someone's proposed solution of clicking on the page closer to the spine rather than close to the edge kind of worked on my end. If I had to guess, though, it might be a mouse sensitivity issue as the journal tended to flip one page when I hit the left mouse button quickly as apposed to clicking normally. Otherwise, you might have to just flip back and forth until it works as, at least on my end, it seems a bit random on what will work and what will not.
Apologies for reviving an old topic; has any one thought of including a pdf of the journals as an extra?
I submitted this as a ticket, GOG said they could not replicate the bug.

I agree, I also think it's a sensitivity thing. Spine thing doesn't work for me btw.

I found that if you flip back immediately after the 2 page flip forward, that flip back only flips one page. This worked pretty reliably for me and allowed me to read the journals without to much frustration.
