I am running Real Myst on a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system, using a core i7 processor wiith 6 GB of RAM. After about 10 minutes of running during which time Myst functions beautifully, the game will suddenly crash to the desktop without any warning. Any suggestions?

Are you running it as an administrator and have you tried the various compatibility options? You can get to both by right clicking the gog shortcut in the start menu or on your desktop and going to properties. Then the options will be on the compatibility tab.

Thank you very much, Ralackk - running as administrator did not help before, but adding Windows XP service pack 3 compatability mode seemed to do the trick and I left run as administrator checked. The graphics also improved as a bonus.
I have tried the compatibility options. I get an error missing a file win_int.dat try to reinstall.
I have done that. I still am getting the same error.
I'm running on windows 10 and the program loads and plays until I get down into the cave and press the fountain button, then the program crashes (3 time now)! What's happening?

Same problem here: Windows 10, suuuuuper laggy as soon as you face the dock antechamber or try to read Atrus' note to Catherine, then crashes. I tried bottoming out the graphics/textures, but that did NOT help. Any remedies?
Thanks Ralack and Iherman - I run Win 10 AMD Phenom II X 6 and 16 gigabyte ram. The game crashed after about 10 minutes, Compability mode = win XP Service Pack 3 + running as admin solved it AND better graphics as a bonus. No lagg whatsover after about about one hour in the game - and no crashes!!! Thank you!
