Hello, I've read the discussion threads and haven't seen this issue come up yet. I've installed Myst and when I go to run it on my Windows 7 64bit, it gives me the error "Unable to execute file: C:...myst.exe, Create Process Failed; code 740. The requested operation requires elevation" Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't downloaded the most recent version on gog, but you could try right clicking on the icon and selecting properties then checking the compatibility settings, try setting it to run in administrator mode, and in compatibility mode for windows XP.

Thank you. I went online and looked at some other solutions. I found if I right click on Myst.exe and click on "run as administrator" then it seems to work.

yes, that is essentially what I was saying with the compatibility settings, setting it to run as administrator, then you wont have to right click each time.
