Hi,
I have problem with accessing scummvm menu/gui in Myst ME.
Ctrl+F5 not working. Editing myst25.ini or goglog.ini not working either (myst25.ini is overwritten by game).
I read all scummvm manual and found no answer how to enable or access menu/gui in game.
I run it on Linux Xubuntu on latest wine devel version.
Any help?

Ketjow3:
wine scummvm? Why not native scummvm? If the Ubuntu version is too old, just build a later version yourself, as you appear to be doing with wine.

To answer your question: Ctrl-F5 works for me. Then again, I use Linux scummvm.

edit: to provide a slightly different answer: it's possible your window manager is intercepting Ctrl-F5. Check your global key bindings.

edit 2: another possible answer: if you're using a laptop or other keyboard with combination function/media keys, make sure you don't have to press Fn to get to the actual function keys (most laptops have a BIOS setting to switch the default mode).

As you can read here, F5 is the key to press in order to enter the menu.

Why do you use Wine in order to run ScummVM on Linux?

EDIT: Correctly preempted by darktjm.
