Hi,

I've just installed Myst Masterpiece, but it crashes every time I try to launch it, without displaying anything at all. I'm using Windows 7 in its 64-bit edition.

Here are the details of the crash:

I've tried various compatibility settings, I made sure I was running it as administrator, but it doesn't help. Well, actually, if I run it in Win 95 or 98 mode, it doesn't crash, but it doesn't really launch either, I just get a Myst.exe*32 process in my task manager, but nothing happens. I'm not sure that's better.

I've looked through the forums, but no one seems to be having exactly the same problem.

Does anyone have any idea?

Nothing?
I'm using the same OS you are (Win7 64) so the OS is definitely not the issue.

If you're running a netbook with a res under 1024x768 maybe try looking into that

You could take a look at your QuickTime install and settings, there's a support article here.
