According to a developer, they have no plan to publish Sandrock on GOG, at least for now.

...then why do they have a GoG store page. Why have they had a GoG store page for the entire time it was in EA. They're using GoG for free advertising just like games that went EGS-exclusive used Steam. GoG needs to start making better contracts that if you put up a store page here, you are required to release it here.
