For anybody thinking ''I'll buy it on STEAM instead'' is just a fucking tool that supports a dev that just scams you on your preferred storefront to buy games from. If you had any dignity, which seems to be little these days, or a moral standard you'd be better of not buying this game.

The Steam patches are for the cosmetic DLC. It's hardly been abandoned here.

Are you sure? The romance update isn't mentioned on these forums, and it is the final one I see on Steam that isn't purely cosmetic.
If you can prove it is indeed on the GOG, I'll gladly buy.
EDIT: I found it sorry. The post wasn't stickied but a search fixed that. That means the game is actually updated up to before the cosmetic stuff, which is no big dead at all.

Content update on 4/28/2020 to v.2.0.139461
Added Uplifting Gift missions, players will be able to change their appearance after completing these.
Added Remington side quests.
Added Merlin side quests.
Added Lucy side quests.
Added Django side quests.
Added new NPC relationship impact.
Added Vietnamese localisation.
And bugfixes of course. Any guesses when the GOG version of this game expansion will land?

The update has quietly been slipped out here - tested it out and we're finally at parity with the Steam release except for the DLCs.

I've created a "wish" on the wishlist as a result of this issue:
Apparently I can't post links yet but the title is "Require Devs/Publishers to maintain update parity with other stores"
I can't imagine that this game is the only example of Devs/Publishers ignoring one platform over another but unless GOG customers are treated equally I am likely to go back to Steam (not for this game, I won't reward this behaviour)

Lol, I'm still playing my same save and kinda left it for a bit until the update finally rolled out. Time to pick it up again and finish. Thanks for the update threp, I'm only 4 months late...
