i get the mission. i give the 5 discs to the research center. they send the letter with diagram . at the bottom when i open it. it says already learned steel beam. this should be the blue print for the high voltage power supply. the blue print is not in my book so i can cant complete the mission. i went back to a previous load several times with no success in getting the blue print.

Hi

you get the steel beam blueprint when helping to construct the bridge between portia and the desert. (making it pretty early in the handbook)

if you didn't help to make the bridge and missed the blueprint you can buy it from the research center (yellow till object) for 22 data discs

I had the same problem. The fix was to uninstall the game and install at least version 1.1.5832.
