Love the RPG the game's based off, wanted so badly to support the Dev's but just can't bring myself to buy it on GOG unless the price is heavily reduced. If we could import our Steam owned copies to GOG then I'd definitely get the Fan Upgrade.

I got my standard copy on Steam through Humble, never bothered to upgrade or get the expansion, also now seen it free on Epic. If the Dev's allow us to import the title through GOG Connect then I'd purchase (on GOG) both the Fan Upgrade and the Expansion (including future ones). I completed the game on Steam, would certainly love to try out the expansion but I rarely purchase games off GOG these days.
