I don't suppose we'll be getting any of the new content from the deluxe version now on Steam?

Yeah, I noticed that on Steam too. I figure a Deluxe update will hit GOG soon. So I'm good.

I've seen the dev on the Steam Discussion board stating that he is working on getting the GOG version updated to Deluxe.

Well, it's been 4 months. I'm beginning to wonder if the dev abandoned GoG's deluxe version. In my opinion, and even if we eventually see the update, servicing Steam first and letting GoG hang for so long is something of a black eye for both the dev and GoG.

They don't respond to the Steam forums either.

Dickhead? I don't know about that, but I'm wondering if the developer is an irresponsible take-the-money-and-run jerkwad. Seriously, how does Renegade Kid ignore the one publisher that agreed to publish Mutant Mudds on PC when Steam said the game wasn’t up to their standards? And the gamers who bought Mutant Mudds through GoG? What? Eff-ing eff them? Shame, mother slapping shame on the devs. . . unless they deliver the update to GoG tout de suite –in which case nearly all might be forgiven.

Still says something icky about developer updates on GoG-bought games.

Any chance a GoG representative could chime in here?

I hoped Renegade Kid had given some form of explanation for the “delay.” You know, something like a time-based exclusivity contract with Steam, or maybe they’re having trouble with the GOG update opening a portal to hell. Maybe the family dog ate the code. . .
