Hey guys, i have a problem, may you try to help me please?
Problem :
So, when i enter 3rd person mode, like in the battle ,walking around the city or in tavern, my mouse and movement keys behave really weird, like it has some form of delay, for example i press W for 2 second.

output :
- my characters isnt doing anything for like 1-3 sec
- then character suddenly decides to move in the W direction for some amount of time
- this problem persists with any kind of move/hit animation ,including camera turning

I have this kind of problem even with turning the camera via mouse moving,so it shouldnt be problem of mouse&keyboard, also i have kinda high end pc and warband worked already on it without any kind of problem.
Tried things :
- im 100% sure its not hardware problem, because i hadnt this problem few months ago,before i reinstalled my PC.
- I checked sticky keys in windows and repeaters
- "playing" with settings ingame&outside of game in the client
- tried warband vannila, floris ( both has problem )

EDIT #1
- found that this thing is called "Input lag"
- tried to turn off vsync
- tried to switch for direct 7
- tried to turn prerendered frames to 1
- Everything worked before i reinstalled PC

Did you install all drivers after reinstalling the OS?

Yes I did and i think i found the problem, i downloaded older version of warband and everything works perfectly

well,sadly i wont have some fixes etc. but at least it works...:/

I was having this same problem recently, I fixed it by disabling GOG overlay on the game settings on galaxy. For some reason it just doesn't play nice with some games. Hopefully this should let you play with a fully updated game!

Had the same problem, works if you close Gog and start the game afterwards. I will try to disable the overlay next time.
