Basically I click on play on the gog galaxy app and nothing happens.

Most weirdly, I can actually run it going through the archives and using the original launcher, but I can't run it at 1080p.(1024x768 max). Every thread I see about this people seem to at least open the gog launcher to type some commands but I can't even do that. Any tips on how to run it properly through gog and at Full HD?

Running on Windows 10, x64
i7 8750H, GTX 1060 6gb

Thanks in advance
I can't launch it via GOG Galaxy, either. I'll try going to the install folder and launching it directly. I had come here looking for an answer as to why it wouldn't run, and saw your post... over a year old... with no answers. Great customer service. :(
I just installed it here through Galaxy and it worked fine.

Sure, the game runs in an horrible 640x480 resolution, but it ran fine.

You guys tried to contact gog.com's support? Maybe they can help.

I'm running win 10 here on my laptop.

MatrixRaven: What are your laptop specs?
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H
16,0 GB RAM
GeForce RTX 2060

I have an older one, from 2014, that should work fine as well if I try it there.

Hmm. Ok, those are really good specs. My hypothesis was that maybe the game couldn't handle newer computers, but your success on your laptop proves that wrong.

My desktop, in comparison:
I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K
32.0 GB RAM
GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER

I guess I need to look at other things. What's your screen resolution? Could be that mine (1920x1200) x 2 is causing problems.

Just rechecked the PC Gaming wiki article on the game:

Game not launching on Windows 10 • Link
This issue is caused because the game does not detect modern hardware and modern systems well.[2]
Download [2] dgvoodoo2.
Copy D3D9.dll,D3D8.DLL,DDRAW.DLL from the \MS\x86\ folder to the game install directory.
Run the game

www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Moto_Racer_2

While the game ran without dgvoodoo2 for me, it was useful to add it, because it allowed me to adjust the resolution to my native 1920 x 1080.

The link for dgvoodoo2 is broken on the article, but just google it and the correct link will show first.

Yep, quick search found me the GitHub repo. Thanks! I'll give it a try this weekend!
After doing what was suggested above, no change. It won't launch at all.

My screen resolution on that monitor goes 640x480 and gets stuck when the executable just goes away.

UPDATE: I found a delphine.err log in the data directory, and it spit out this. Trying to determine how to read it, but there is obviously a problem.
